We are ramping up to release day, which is now a little more than two weeks away.
I’m both excited and really, really nervous, about it. This is the first novel I’ve ever published, although I’ve been writing for much longer than that. There’s something very vulnerable and almost embarrassing about having people read a book you’ve put so much of your time and heart into writing.
You can order Game Misconduct on Amazon, Apple Books, and Barnes & Noble.
Barnes & Noble is also offering 25% off of preorders through this Friday, 4/28, and both of my books are included in the sale—just use PREORDER25 at checkout.
There’s also an audiobook narrated by Cooper North, which I am very excited to listen to.
Some other exciting news is that the sequel, Delay of Game, recently went up for preorder.
Some eagle-eyed readers have already figured out who the heroes are, even though the metadata hasn’t been uploaded yet.
I am still in the trenches of editing this one, but as of right now, the release date is set for November 14, 2023.
At some point after release, I’ll do a q&a about the book on Instagram, so if you have any questions you’d like me to answer, you can send them there, on Twitter, or leave them in the comments of the Substack post. If you have any questions about the writing process, the characters or the broader Penalty Box hockey universe, or want hockey reference recommendations… I’m your guy.
As always, thanks for reading. <3
